Gillan Cove House is situated on Gillan
Creek next door to the Helford Estuary. Built in 1997 to a high specification it
has all 'mod cons'.
The house is built on the side of a hill so the first floor is twice the width
of the ground floor and is the principle living area. It was designed with all
year round family holidays in mind and with underfloor heating it is very
comfortable in both winter and summer.
There is both an outside shower and w.c. Parking is available for 3 cars.
From nearly every room there are stunning views stretching
from Gillan Cove Beach across Falmouth Bay to St Mawes. The property is
surrounded by terraced gardens from which there is direct access to the
beach.
At night the comforting light of St Anthony's lighthouse can be seen flashing in the far distance.
There is a sailing school at St Anthony's which is on the other side of the creek. The school caters for the dingy sailor and will also hire out a range of small motor boat and sailing craft.
